WELCOME TO MAISON OSTROW MIAMI

Chef, Restaurateur & Glamorous Girlboss Making Kosher Sexy Again!

Kosher, but make it couture. Olivia Ostrow doesn’t just run restaurants; she makes Kosher sexy. Having already set a new standard for Kosher dining in Miami with Ostrow Brasserie, the Paris-born chef and restaurateur is going even bigger with Maison Ostrow, a culinary concept with global ambitions.

Known for her magnetic energy, bold flavors, and obsession with “crazy, conversation-starting” art, Olivia made her Miami debut with Ostrow Brasserie, the city’s first Kosher French restaurant. Now she’s raising the bar (and then some) with Maison Ostrow, a sun-drenched kitchen and bar where Parisian elegance meets Riviera soul.

Think show-stopping plates of Ora King Salmon Carpaccio with Citrus and Truffle, spritzes laced with lavender, and walls filled with her vibrant, eclectic art collection—all as dynamic as Olivia herself.

Beautiful. Badass. Unapologetic. This isn’t just dinner. It’s Olivia’s world…one where A-listers, creatives, and power players come to eat, drink, and stay all night. With Maison Ostrow Catering and an Épicerie on the way, Olivia isn’t stopping at Miami. She’s coming for the world.

With three decades of experience in the kitchen (she once trained under the chef for French President Jacques Chirac), Olivia has hosted and cooked for notable figures such as Andrea Bocelli, Liev Schreiber, Amar’e Stoudemire, Ziggy Marley, Romero Britto, DJ Irie, and Alonzo Mourning. Her boundary-pushing approach to Kosher cuisine has been spotlighted in Forbes, Food Network, NBC, Us Weekly, New York Post, and beyond.  This isn’t just food.  It’s a takeover.

Her mantra? Make it bold. Make it beautiful. Make them want to stay all night.

Maison Ostrow is bigger, bolder, and designed to transport you

Chef Olivia Ostrow Debuts Maison Ostrow, a French-Mediterranean Kitchen & Bar Redefining Kosher Dining in Miami

Miami, FL (August 2025) — Kosher, but make it couture. Olivia Ostrow, the Paris-born chef, restaurateur, and unapologetic culinary personality who set a new standard for Kosher dining in Miami with Ostrow Brasserie, is leveling up with the launch of Maison Ostrow on August 17, 2025, in North Bay Village at 10666 79th Street Causeway, Suite 102.

This sun-drenched French-Mediterranean kitchen and bar blends Parisian elegance with Riviera soul and Olivia’s signature flair for bold flavors and “crazy, conversation-starting” art. Every detail, from the show-stopping menu to the vibrant interiors, reflects Olivia’s vision to create a culinary destination with global ambitions.

“Maison Ostrow is bigger, bolder, and designed to transport you,” says Ostrow. “It’s where France, Italy, Spain, and Greece collide in the most beautiful way, filtered through my Parisian lens. We’re redefining what Kosher dining can be, and making it sexy.”

The 3,500-square-foot restaurant seats 145 guests with indoor dining, a full bar, Chef’s Table, and private dining room. A 40-seat terrace offers glimpses of Biscayne Bay, perfect for long brunches and spritzes at sunset. The interiors, layered with soft stone, deep greens, gold accents, and Olivia’s personal art collection, are as eclectic and dynamic as the chef herself.
